CBD Oil for Anxiety
Thanks to the useful properties, apart from the traditional stigma, there is a growing interest in the use of cannabis as an alternative treatment for anxiety. But is CBD oil something people suffering from anxiety should consider over traditional treatment methods? What are the facts associated with it?
With so many constant sources of stress, people often need an alternate approach to cure and curb anxiety. Anxiety is a common, distressing, and disruptive condition. What is CBD?

In a 2010 survey, cannabidiol was found to have a balancing effect on brain chemicals. Helping in reducing the symptoms of anxiety in people with social anxiety disorder. In this study, cannabidiol not only made participants feel better but also changed how their brains responded to stress.
A similar study in 2011 also found that cannabidiol could reduce social anxiety. For this research, researchers looked specifically at cannabidiol to treat anxiety associated with public speaking.
CBD Oil for Anxiety Dosage
The World Health Organisation has concluded that using CBD Oil for Anxiety is safe and has no addictive potential. A 1000 mg CBD contains 33 mg CBD. Most people take between 10-100 mg CBD per day, which is thought to be generally safe. One study showed that doses of using CBD Oil for Anxiety above 1000 mg might cause a small effect on liver enzymes, but this dose is uncommon and not recommendable.
Thanks in part to the efforts to legalize marijuana for its many medical uses, neuroscience is experiencing a renaissance in cannabis research, making it much easier to produce whole-plant CBD without any THC.
